- Please mail this Registration Form together with a cheque to EBIS centre ( 10 Hoe Chiang Road, #22-06/07, Keppel Towers , Singapore 089315). Cheque should be made payable to "SBF-EBIS". Please indicate the Ref No., Name of Company, SBF Membership No. (if applicable) and EBIS Card No. (if applicable), on the overleaf of the cheque.
- Confirmation of your registration bearing EBIS stamp on this flyer will be faxed to your company upon receipt of full payment. Please present this EBIS stamped flyer for admission to the Seminar Room.
- We regret that no refund will be made for cancellation or non-attendance, but a replacement is allowed. Full fees will be charged for cancellation or non-attendance.
- Do note that the venue is within the CBD and car parking is by IU (ie. Cashcard reader in your vehicle).
